"My partner and I stayed here for 3 weeks in August 24 for a mix of work and holiday and were given a second set of keys for our ease. The entire block is smart, quiet and secure. Many of the apartments seem to have permanent residents. The pool is excellent – clean, well maintained and quiet and at least 20m and so great for swimming. It’s also good for sunbathing and reading. The WiFi is good with speeds around 500Mbps up and down. Our Peugeot Traveller van just fitted (1890mm) in the underground car park and so its contents were secure and cooler than outside. We left our bikes in it most of the time as the bike racks in the garage were full most of the time. Overall, the apartment is clean, light and airy and modern in some parts. The kitchen is a bit outdated, and has very limited worktop space for preparing meals. There’s a large supermarket nearby and it’s a 10-15 minute walk to the beach."

"The weather at the time was hot, 32°C most days. There is air conditioning in only the bedroom. Whilst that is efficient in the bedroom, there is no aircon in the rest of the apartment and it was uncomfortably warm in the lounge/kitchen area. There wasn’t a fan in the apartment so we asked the agents/owner to buy one but they declined so we had to buy one ourselves (which we took home at the end of the trip). The fan made a big difference to the comfort of the living area. Being on the ground floor the patio is a nice outdoor space but watch out for the pigeons above! Note there isn’t a barbecue. The apartment faces north so the patio area is in shade most of the day, making it cooler than it otherwise might be. However, it’s in a corner of the block and surrounded by a laurel hedge so there’s not much breeze. A trade off would be to have an apartment on a higher floor, the outside area might be smaller but maybe would give more of a breeze if higher up. A few niggles - the kitchen didn’t have a microwave, plug for the sink, a peeler, a grater or a cafetière (only a Nespresso pod machine). The agents did get us a peeler and grater but declined to get us a cafetière or microwave. The lack of both was annoying given both are quite cheap and we paid a significant sum to stay there for 3 weeks. The bed is a small double. The mattress is comfortably firm. There’s ample storage. If you had two small children on the sofa bed the apartment may be ok but we think the apartment and sofa bed would be too small for four adults/teenage children."
